Do I need a card to start?
No. Free never needs a card. Team and Business start with a 30-day trial that begins the day your first staff member joins, and Pro is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee.
What is included for the first 3 months?
Every new business gets Pro free for 3 months: your logo on every PO, invoice and statement. When it ends you stay on Free — your logo is kept but no longer shown until you upgrade.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in to your business. Your vendors and customers aren’t users. They open orders, PO links and statements without ever making an account.
Are the seats enforced?
Yes. Team covers 5 people and Business 20. Need more than 20? Email [email protected].
What happens if I stop paying?
Your account returns to Free. You keep every order, invoice and statement. Staff seats are locked, not deleted, and unlock the moment the plan is active again.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Access runs to the end of the paid period, then the account drops to Free with everything still readable.
Which plan do I need?
One person, no logo: Free. One person, your logo on documents: Pro. Anyone else signing in: Team. More than five people or accounting exports: Business.
